(b) A licensee who advertises providers regulated by this Act who knowingly (i) fails to Show their license at his / her place of organization, (ii) fails to offer the publisher with The present license number, or (iii) supplies the publisher having a Untrue license amount or possibly a license number apart from that of the person or agency
